Spencer is a Vice President at the firm who joined in 2015. Spencer advises middle market companies on M&A, private placements, turnaround advisory and strategic advisory engagements. Spencer spends considerable time analyzing and synthesizing data and providing actionable recommendations to our clients. Additionally, Spencer provides valuable industry research and investigates macro-economic activity in relation to our client's businesses. He was previously an Analyst, where he focused on financial modeling, industry research and client financial analyses.

Prior to joining Triton, Spencer worked for United Parcel Service where he worked on financial systems implementation and financial budgeting and analysis. 

Spencer received a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance and Agribusiness from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
