Greg is a Partner and Co-Founder of the firm. He brings over two decades of broad national corporate deal-making experience, investing in companies and advising clients on capital raising, M&A, restructurings and assessing strategic alternatives in a variety of industries. Additionally, during his 25+ years of corporate deal-making experience, Greg has worked extensively with agricultural companies, which provides the firm with a distinctive network and competence when working with clients across the agribusiness sectors. He also has extensive restructuring experience advising companies, lenders, creditors and investors in financially challenging situations. Greg’s strong network of capital provider relationships nationwide ensures the firm’s clients have access to highly customized and durable financial solutions.

Prior to co-founding Triton, Greg was Co-Founder, Senior Managing Director and Executive Credit Committee member of GMAC Business Credit - Structured Finance Group. Before that, he was a Senior Vice President, Area Manager at Heller Financial, Inc. - Corporate Finance in Chicago and San Francisco.

Greg received bachelor’s degrees in finance from the Whittemore School of Business and economics at the University of New Hampshire. He continued his postgraduate finance education at National Westminster Bank's Corporate Finance Training Program facilitated by New York University.
