Brian is a Director at the firm who joined in 2002. He has successfully led engagements focused on capital placements, buy and sell-side acquisitions and financial restructurings. Brian has significant experience serving as interim CFO/CRO and leading broad finance department restructurings. These interim positions typically include the creation and implementation of performance measurement tools, standardized reporting/budgeting and in-depth procurement management protocols, in addition to the identification, hiring and training of new financial leadership for the restructured company. Despite having broad industry experience across all the firm’s service offerings, Brian has developed a distinctive analytical competence across the agribusiness industry sector.

Prior to joining Triton, Brian was with Chicago-based William Blair & Company where he served as an Analyst in the investment banking group. While at Blair, he worked in several corporate finance areas including M&A, private placements and public equity transactions.

Brian received a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
